Dear Student,

Kindly take due cognizance of this very important notice.
Starting from the current Spring 2021 term, all students who want to defer the term need to fill and submit the deferment form available with students services on campus. The form needs to be submitted by the end of week 8 of the term. In case a student discontinues or defers without submitting the form officially, he or she will not get any refund of fee or adjustment of fee in the next term.
If a student is out of town, a formal email should be sent requesting the deferment within the deadline. Please contact student’s services office on campus for more clarifications
