The course aims at mastering the theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of modern forms and methods of controlling the behavior of individuals and groups to improve the efficiency and sustainability of modern organizations. The course covers topics such as Attitudes, Perception and individual decision making, Personality, learning, Employee Motivation, Group Dynamics, Leadership, conflict resolution, Power & Politics. The purpose of the course is the application of this knowledge towards improving an organization’s effectiveness.
